My presentation written by art critics
During my career I had the luck of receiving comments on my work as a whole and of individual pieces by the pen of art critics. What follows is a combination of extracts that make my artistic presentation.

Alessandra Nucci is an artist with a strong personality, whose tenacious aesthetic search has achieved an original figurative language in the vein of “Naturalist Symbolism”.
She draws her inspiration from studying and observing reality in its most genuine phenomenons.
The natural truth is the foundation of artistic compositions and is possible thanks to the way she gathers from the impressionistic tradition the sensual contingency of colour and the charm of light in its atmospheric refractions.
However nature becomes a visual excuse for the artist, a preferential channel through which to express her spiritual and emotional experience. Visual input is clothed of symbolic and existential meaning following a process of allegoric self-decodification.
For Nucci art’s purpose is the cathartic liberation of the ego, a sort of “self conscious Idealism” with which it absolves a therapeutic function while remaining a mean to seek existential answers.
The themes that take shape on her canvases are charming, they range from “Stormy Seas” to the inebriating “Flight” of seagulls an the horizon, from “Loneliness” to “Distress”, from “Sunny Sea Shores” to “Sunsets”, from “Flowing Peonies” to the “Imaginative Transcriptions” of the unconscious.
The artist also likes to venture in “Sacred Subjects”, reviewed in a modern ethical key to become free interpretations with expressionist accents. A sense of implicit religiousness filters through all her works in the shape of the absorbed serenity of her figures, that allow us to glimpse, even when life becomes more dramatic, an unexpected hope.
The chromatic palette bends to the flow of self-conscious emotions from the fluent and earthly ways of oils, to the delicate and shaded techniques of acrylic. The colour is warn and “romantic”, in a rich range of shades both dark and in contrast, and light and luminous, according to careful steps of chiaroscuro in a precious balance.
The artistic gestuality of impressionistic painters “en plein air” and the analogic symbolism of the “Nabis” could be the figurative references to consider when approaching A. Nucci’s expressive world, that offers to the careful reader naturalistic metaphors of sincere poetry.

V. Abrami
Alessandra Nucci is an artist with a far reaching flight, a noticeably wide wingspan. In her colour (that is now white-light blue, now pink, now again light green) has priority on the drawings and creates and re-creates the shapes, so the drive towards “something else”, that seems to express the message of the artist, is born.
Everything vibrates, women or flowers, and we re-discover in an alternative of appearing and being.
For this the world of Alessandra Nucci lets us understand the priority of the wider and vibrant “concepts” on too minute descriptions. It’s the liberation of the determined that was prisoner of our mental laziness.

Space, Time and feelings ...entwine happily in the works of Alessandra Nucci, that dig in the dimension of memory and create an art that is part of infinity, open to the immense, expression of the love and joy of life.
Cerulean, colour of the soul, invades her paintings evoking moments of intense lyricism where the past, the present and the future are one in a complete harmony of shapes, sounds and colours. Where even the moments of silence, in a deep rhythm, become chords in a joyful symphony that involves the universe as a whole.

Her paintings stand between an informal surreal representation and a vision of reality filtered by dream. She offers the observer moments of poetry in which he drifts “suspended between earth and sky”.
Flowers and seas close to traditional iconography are nonetheless caught up in a emotional surge in the difficult task of leaving behind the immediate to reach their inner meanings.
Works of evasion that take us away from the decaying human adventure in a complete elevation of Art.
….. a kaleidoscope of feelings codified by a unique symphony of the reality-fairytail and of the fairytail-reality.

A. Confalone
A deep thinking process on the world of man, as in the universe in which human life evolves in every aspect of it’s existence. This is the dominant character of the works of Alessandra Nucci. A thought that embraces the two aspects if human habitat: the natural, primitive one seen as our common origin and an ideal from which we have drifted away and to which we must try to return; and the “mundus”, the biblical world made by man, the world of human society…..
The artistic expression is figurative for the natural world…and symbolic for the “mundus” thus denouncing the horror and desolation born from the madness of fighting the harmony of nature for profit…..
A harsh warning for human conscience is expressed by inviting to a return to simplicity,the natural world is represented in realistic terms with no abstractions,it is real and within human reach.
It is the only way to bring back our lost innocence and peace.

Bravissimo for master Alessandra Nucci that through the well earned praise of observers will reach further into the imaginary of a world rich in emotions, as do those for whom Art in a way of life and of approaching others, especially those that share similar emotions born from the universe of Art in general and more specifically by the world of painting!

A happy, instinctive inspiration associated with a particular modernity of expression constantly underline the artistic capacity of Alessandra Nucci, an artist that has always been in symbiosis with the extraordinary creative vibrations of contemporary art. She is a painter that is extremely careful of the various symbols of her interior world, and that produces on canvas in a warm chromatic interpretation, this intimate richness of meanings and memories, treasured in the secret of emotional intensity and re-lived in the exaltation of colour.
Her figures, as if kidnapped from dreams. Figures sometimes trapped in a dramatic existential dimension and narrated in a personal building of atmospheres, through the contrast of distress and spiritual peacefulness.
Style conflict that appear in a sort pf prospective illusion, in suggestive spaces where the saline becoming of the sea is filtered in the metaphoric peace of the lake, or the passionate articulation of reds maximally highlights in interpretation the magical power of the painted symbolical figures. And her vital creations appear so in the deep study of humanity, intended especially in the every-day narration of female evolution, an evolution made of great enthusiasm and great delusions, of passion and suffering, of generosity and repeated waiting.
In is an art that becomes a continued dialogue with the voice of the Ego and of memory that becomes the history of our roots, the strength of out hearts, the discovery of a modern language like the diary of a soul.

Upon laying our eyes on the work of Alessandra Nucci we perceive the innate talent and maturity of the artist. She has dedicated many years to painting, and the variety of techniques adopted to satisfy the meeds of the "ego" are proof of this. She emphasises her ability and personal capacity anew in each piece she produces.

Scultrice interessante per la sua originalità e per le forme dinamiche delle sue figure umane, che spesso rappresentano donne, Alessandra Nucci rende omaggio alle donne del mondo. Rende il giusto omaggio alle donne che soffrono nel mondo intero, alle donne abbandonate, povere... La sua pitture-scultura è una pittura intensa, sembra quella di una mano maschile che offre al pubblico la firma forte di una donna di brillante personalità.
